Small Income Residential Appraisals and Condominium Appraisals are provided in San Antonio Only. Rural properties and complex residential properties may require additional fees and time to complete appraisal. Call for quote. Typical turn-around times are usually 3 -5 working days, if not sooner.  Appraisal fees are subject to change. Unless prior arrangements are made, all appraisal fees are due upon property inspection. Condominium Appraisal (Bexar County Only) $350

Land Appraisal (Fee dependent on location--10 acres or less) $300-$325
